Sachin Dekate holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from RTMNU. He pursued a certificate course at Pragat Shikshan Sanstha in Phaltan, Satara district, and also completed a Library workshop certificate course in Goa. He has a keen interest in engaging activities with children and is known for his creativity and strong communication skills. At Kalpakta, he serves as a co-founder, overseeing administrative tasks, library program management, and community involvement.
